3-Year Limited Warranty & Return Policy

Effective Date: June 28, 2026

This Limited Warranty and Return Policy ("Warranty") applies to cabinetry and related products purchased directly from Monet Interior Cabinetry ("Monet Interior," "we," "our," or "us") through our website or other authorized sales channels.

This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

3-Year Limited Warranty

Monet Interior Cabinetry warrants that its cabinet products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of three (3) years from the original date of delivery.

If a manufacturing defect is discovered during the warranty period, Monet Interior will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective product or component;

  • Replace the defective product or component with the same or a comparable product; or

  • Refund the original purchase price of the defective product.

This warranty is limited to the affected product only and does not include labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, or incidental expenses unless otherwise required by law.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects including:

  • Cabinet box construction

  • Door and drawer front manufacturing defects

  • Drawer box construction

  • Factory-installed hinges

  • Factory-installed drawer slides

  • Factory-applied finishes that peel, blister, or delaminate under normal residential use

  • Manufacturing defects in shelving and cabinet components

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Improper installation

  • Improper assembly

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Water intrusion or flooding

  • Excessive moisture or humidity

  • Fire, smoke, or natural disasters

  • Accidental damage

  • Impact damage

  • Improper cleaning products

  • Chemical exposure

  • Structural movement of the building

  • Modifications or alterations made after delivery

  • Cabinets installed outdoors

  • Commercial or rental property use unless specifically approved in writing

The following are considered normal characteristics and are not manufacturing defects:

  • Minor color variation

  • Wood grain variation

  • Texture variation

  • Natural expansion or contraction

  • Slight finish variation between batches

  • Variation between digital images and the finished product

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

Visible shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Concealed damage must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery.

Claims submitted after these timeframes may be denied.

Photographs of the damaged packaging and products may be required.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order is missing parts or incorrect items were shipped, please notify Monet Interior within seven (7) days of delivery.

We will promptly ship replacement parts or correct the order at no additional charge.

Return Policy

Stock cabinet products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused.

  • Product must be unassembled.

  • Product must be in its original packaging.

  • Product must be in resalable condition.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval of the returned merchandise.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-sized cabinets

  • Special-order products

  • Custom color finishes

  • Cabinets that have been assembled

  • Cabinets that have been installed

  • Modified products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Products without original packaging

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production or shipment begins.

Once production has started or materials have been allocated, cancellation fees may apply.

Custom orders cannot be canceled after production has begun.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact Monet Interior with:

  • Your order number

  • Name and contact information

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs clearly showing the defect

  • Proof of purchase

Monet Interior reserves the right to inspect the product or request additional documentation before approving a warranty claim.

Limitation of Liability

Monet Interior Cabinetry's liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product.

Under no circumstances shall Monet Interior be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor costs, installation costs, delays, loss of use, lost profits, or damage to surrounding property, except where prohibited by applicable law.

The maximum liability of Monet Interior shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the affected product.

Disclaimer

Except for the express warranty stated above, Monet Interior Cabinetry makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such warranties cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so portions of this Warranty may not apply to every purchaser.
